PAYMENT

The following credit cards are accepted for payment: PayPal, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. All orders are subject to review and Trilogia Fashion reserves the right to request additional identification info. If we are unable to process your credit card payment, please check to ensure that you have entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card company.
 
If you preorder Products, you will be required to pay fifty percent (50%) of the amount due as a deposit at the time you place your order, exclusive of shipping fees and taxes. We will charge the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the amount due, plus shipping fees, and any taxes or duties owed at such time as the Product is ready for shipment. Please note that any available Site Credit will be automatically applied towards the balance of any pending orders.
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately four to six (4 to 6) months between the date you place your order and the date that the Product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the Product page.

SHIPPING

An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is received. Once your item has shipped, a second confirmation will be sent which will include a tracking number for your shipment.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 pm Mexico Time (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped from México City.
Inside México the shipping cost is free for 5-7 days shipping and it costs 99MXN for 2-3 day expedited shipping.
For shipping costs outside México please write us an email to customercare@trilogiafashion.com to see if we can ship to your country.
For orders outside México, please note that you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country you order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
For returning or exchanging of an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $750MXN, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
